We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a warranty against any defects that may arise. In the event of a defect, we ask that you immediately discontinue use of the product and contact our customer care team with the following information:
- Product name or code
- Purchase invoice
- Description and photograph(s) of the defect
Once we have evaluated the information and documents provided, we will provide you with return instructions or further information.
Please note that return requests for non-defective products are subject to approval by our management and the manufacturer. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued once approved, and all expenses related to the return (e.g. transportation, insurance) must be shouldered by the buyer. The unit(s) being returned must be packed securely to avoid any damage during transport.
We ask that you do not return any units without an approved RMA, as they will be denied and no refund will be issued. By purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Warranty.
