Under this limited warranty, the warrantor will provide only a replacement heater or part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs.

Cancellations on Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products have already gone into production with the specifications from your order. Our custom order brands include: The Outdoor Plus.
