CANCELLATION POLICY (Before Item Ships):

We value customer satisfaction for every purchase and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure our customers receive a quality purchase, we guarantee that orders canceled prior to shipment from the manufacturer's warehouse will be fully refunded (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).  We implore all customers to contact us promptly in order that any cancellations occur before the goods leave the warehouse. This will guarantee our customers receive full refunds every time.

Cancellations on Custom Orders:

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products have already gone into production with the specifications from your order.Our custom order brands include:

The reason for this is because, once you order, the manufacturer goes into production on your order and builds it from scratch. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com. All sales are final for custom or made-to-order products.

At Outdoor Patio Place, we are committed to your satisfaction and ensuring that you get the best return policy on your purchase. If you need to processreturn, we are here to help. Our return policy is simple and straightforwardwithin 30 days of receiving your item, you can contact us about returning it for a full refund, minus the necessary return shipping costs plus a 20restocking fee.

Inspection on Arrival of Your Return: All items must be in "like-new" condition, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase too. Please note that any damage to the package during the return process is your responsibility as the customer. Should it arrive in less than "like new" condition or with missing original items, the cost of the restocking fee may be reassessed up to 100%, to cover damage or missing parts.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com

Please include the following in your email so that we can expedite the process:

- Original Order #

- Items Requested to Return

- Reason for Return

- Photo or Video of product and any damages

Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back on the original payment method.  Processing can take up to 7-10 days.

If you need to return a product ordered from Outdoor Patio Place, please ensure that it is packed carefully in the original box and related material, with all accessories included. The product must also be complete and undamaged in order to qualify for a full refund; if not, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on Outdoor Patio Place and the manufacturer's discretion. To make sure that your product return is accepted, follow these instructions precisely.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Outdoor Patio Place reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above as well as the requirements outlined within the specific brand return policy found on the product page.

All customers who purchase with us agree that they have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions above.

MISSING ITEMS or PARTS:

Upon receiving your shipment from the shipping carrier, if you notice a box or package is missing, then do not sign the receipt from the carrier.  Refuse delivery and allow the shipping carrier to search for the missing box or package at the terminal it was sent from.  If you sign that you received delivery, you are taking responsibility that all boxes with items and parts for your order were received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Knowing which items cannot be returned can save you a lot of time and money. Additionally, custom products like special orders or personalized items often have specific policies surrounding their return status due to their one-of-a-kind nature. Beyond that, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases can never be returned for safety precautions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defective Products

We stand by the products quality represented in our store.  All of our products have a guaranteed quality policy, meaning that you will get the product that you paid for 100% fully functional and in tact.  Please contact us as soon as possible, but within 14 days if your ordered product(s) are defective in any way upon arrival.  Our team will solve the issue immediately.

REFUNDS

At Outdoor Patio Place, we make the return process hassle free. After you've sent your return to us, we'll inspect it and contact you with the results. If we approve your return for a refund, the original payment method will be credited within 7-10 business days. However, due to varying processing times between different banks and cards, it may take some extra time for that credit to show up. If more than 14 business days have passed since we've approved your return and your refund hasn't appeared yet, please don't hesitate to reach out at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com – we're here to help!

SHIPPING

When you place an order with our team, we make sure to get your items out as fast as possible. Check out the 'Shipping' link for details on all things shipping.  We know customer satisfaction is key and want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. After completing the order, we will provide estimated shipping times that are given to us by suppliers and freight companies. However, due to circumstances such as supply chain problems, delays in manufacturers' factories or warehouses, these shipping times may vary without prior notice. Fortunately, we have tracking information available so you can obtain up-to-the-minute updates on the status of your delivery.  If you somehow do not receive tracking information on your order, contact sales@outdoorpatioplace.com and we will make sure to get it to you.

WARRANTY

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer and product.  If an item was defective upon receiving the product, and not reported within 14 days, this is not a warranty claim.   Please check the warranty for the brand/product on the products page under WARRANTY.

Chargebacks:

We understand that customer satisfaction is best achieved through fair policies, which is why we have committed ourselves to creating policies that are as equitable as possible.
