MISSING ITEMS or PARTS:

Upon receiving your shipment from the shipping carrier, if you notice a box or package is missing, then do not sign the receipt from the carrier.  Refuse delivery and allow the shipping carrier to search for the missing box or package at the terminal it was sent from.  If you sign that you received delivery, you are taking responsibility that all boxes with items and parts for your order were received.  

If for some reason you are missing item(s) or part(s) within your order, please contact us immediately at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.  Please include the following in your email if you are missing anything in your order:

- Original Order #

- Photo or Video of product delivered

- Include in writing the missing item(s) or part(s) in your order

We will expedite this and contact the manufacturer to make sure you receive any missing item(s) or parts.

Shipping Confirmation:

Your shopping experience with us is safe, secure and simple. As soon as you place your order, you can expect an email confirmation from us confirming that we have accepted your order and pre-authorized your credit card for payment. We then immediately reach out to our suppliers to make sure that the item(s) you requested are in stock and ready for shipment. On the off chance that this isn't the case, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email.  

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with your order and the amount charged to your payment method.  Free standard shipping typically takes between 5-8 days.

Outdoor Patio Place is designed with convenience and efficiency in mind. If your order is in stock, we can have it processed within 1-2 days.

You will receive email confirmation to your payment method and ready to ship within 5 business days! We also keep our customers informed throughout the entire purchase process: shortly after shipping out orders, you'll be contacted with tracking information straight from us - but if you don't hear from us within 5 business days of making an order, feel free to follow-up via email at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com

- Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping services at this time.

- No shipping outside the USA.

Shipping Options:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days 
  • Our base "curbside" shipping included with every order is completely free.  Free Standard Shipping takes between 5-8 days. 
  • Shipping Carriers: Fedex, Freight Club, UPS, and DHL.
  • Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping services at this time.

This is our “store to door” option and it usually takes between 5-10 days from the time you have submitted your order for the shipment to arrive at your doorstep.  We do have other options as seen below.

Threshold Shipping-this involves the shipment being brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
White Glove Delivery-
this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly taken care of, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house.
