The sauna stoves have a manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months after the date of purchase, proven by a purchase slip.
The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing errors.
The warranty does not cover the following effects caused by the joint effect of temperature and steaming water:
• Metal deformations
• Effects on surface covering
• Effects on door glass
The reclamation must be accompanied by photographs of the places where the defect is apparent and by copies of the purchase documents of the sauna stove.
You have 30 days to initiate a return process for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
