The company provides a best-in-class warranty on all its ovens, whichincludes a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects and a four-year warranty on the cooking chamber's dome.Fontana stands firmly behind the quality and durability of their products, extending their commitment even after the sale. If customers encounter any issues covered by the warranty within the specified period, they are encouraged to reach out to Fontana via the contact page or by phone, and the company will actively work to resolve any problems arising from manufacturing defects.
Regrettably, Fontana does not offer a warranty for the oven stones due to their fragile nature. However, if an oven arrives with a damaged stone, customers should contact Fontana promptly.
The warranty does not cover the following items:
Damage resulting from shipment or transportation issues not documented in the bill of lading upon receipt of the oven.
Damage resulting from negligent unpacking of the oven.
Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation of the oven.
Damage resulting from exceeding the oven's maximum temperature rating.
Damage resulting from using combustible materials other than wood to light fires in the oven.
Damage or corrosion resulting from exposure to the elements and/or chemicals.
Damage resulting in a broken or stuck chamber thermometer.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any items 30 days after the purchase date.
Customers returning non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight charges roundtrip. Please contact us for return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted nor will they be considered eligible for refund.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
