This warranty only applies to products purchased from an authorized retailer after using REGISTER MY HALO via QR Codes or on halo-pg.com to register a new product. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase from the Manufacturer to qualify for this warranty. Under this warranty, Manufacturer expressly warrants the following:
Manufacturer warrants to the original consumer-purchaser only that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials after correct assembly and under normal and reasonable home use for the periods indicated below beginning on the date of purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with the components within your purchase and they are not considered a “special order”, you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All eligible returns will be subject to a Restocking Fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the pre-tax purchase price. In order to be eligible for acceptance as a returned item, the returned item must be accompanied by a legible and legitimate copy of the original invoice and packing slip. All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All Value Pack orders are sold as complete units and partial returns can not be accepted. Opened or damaged product returns will not be accepted.
