I purchased 5 of the tungsten smart heaters for my restaurant. I was able to install it very easily as it comes with all the necessary tools. The design is perfect. It has a stylish finish which fits well with my restaurant. It’s not an eye sore.

Under this limited warranty, the warrantor will provide only a replacement heater or part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs.
Such costs may include, but are not limited to:
Implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability imposed on the sale of this heater under state law are limited to one year duration for the heater or any of its parts. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Any claim under this warranty should be initiated with the dealer/retailer who sold the heater, or with any other dealer handling the warrantor’s products.
We value customer satisfaction for every purchase and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure our customers receive a quality purchase, we guarantee that orders canceled prior to shipment from the manufacturer's warehouse will be fully refunded (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below). Cancellations on Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products have already gone into production with the specifications from your order. Our custom order brands include: The Outdoor Plus.
The reason for this is because, once you order, the manufacturer goes intoproduction on your order and builds it from scratch. If you areunsurewhether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us atsales@outdoorpatioplace.com. All sales are final for custom ormade-to-order products.

Please note that any damage to the package during the returnprocess is your responsibility as the customer. The product must also be complete and undamaged in order to qualify for a full refund; if not, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on Outdoor Patio Place and the manufacturer's discretion.
