Warranty covers damage due to manufacturing defects only for a period of 5 years on the structure, and 3 years on the fabric from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover whether inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse. 

Return Policy: 

 we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email sales@outdoorpatioplace.com with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
• The return of structures will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed by a Customer Service representative. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

All custom pergola orders are tailor made for you and therefore are not eligible for returns.
