Warranty does not cover whether inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

Return Policy:

we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email sales@outdoorpatioplace.com with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
The return of structures will incur a 25% restocking fee.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.
