LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

TYLOHELO INC. offers a warranty for AMEREC Steam Generators, Sauna Heaters, Sauna Rooms, and Temperature Controls (referred to as warranted products). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. TYLOHELO INC. will replace or repair defective parts or equipment based on certain conditions.

This warranty applies if the warranted product is installed following provided instructions, maintained properly, and not damaged or misused. It does not cover products sold in "as is" or damaged condition. This warranty is valid for generators and controls purchased after April 1, 2012.

The warranty becomes valid after completing the online registration form or filling out and signing the Limited Warranty Registration form provided with the warranty by the original purchaser.

If you are unsatisfied with the components within your purchase and they are not considered a “special order”, you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
