    This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.

    Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the original owner for both commercial and residential applications;

    1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
    2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.

    Service and Labor Responsibility

    Under this limited warranty, the warrantor will provide only a replacement heater or part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs.

    Such costs may include, but are not limited to:

    1. Labor charges for service, removal, or reinstallation of the heater or part thereof.
    2. Shipping and delivery charges for forwarding the new heater or replacement part from the nearest distributor and returning the claimed defective heater or part to such distributor.
    3. All cost necessary or incidental for handling and administrative charges and for any materials and/or permits required for installation of the replacement heater or part.

    Limitation on Implied Warranties

    Implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability imposed on the sale of this heater under state law are limited to one year duration for the heater or any of its parts. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

    Claim Procedure

    Any claim under this warranty should be initiated with the dealer/retailer  who sold the heater, or with any other dealer handling the warrantor’s products.

    CANCELLATION POLICY (Before Item Ships):

    Cancellations on Custom Orders:

    Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products have already gone into production with the specifications from your orderOur custom order brands include:

    The reason for this is because, once you order, the manufacturer goes into production on your order and builds it from scratch. Our return policy is simple and straightforwardwithin 30 days of receiving your item, you cancontact us about returning it for a full refund, minus the necessary return shipping costs plus a 20restocking fee.

    Inspection on Arrival of Your Return: All items must be in "like-new" condition, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proofof purchase too. Please note that any damage to the package during the return process is your responsibility as the customer. Should itarrive in less than "like new" condition or with missing original items, the cost of the restocking fee may be reassessed up to 100%, to coverdamage or missing parts.

    RETURN PROCESS

    To initiate a return, please email us at sales@outdoorpatioplace.com

    Please include the following in your email so that we can expedite the process:

    - Original Order #

    - Items Requested to Return

    - Reason for Return

    - Photo or Video of product and any damages

    Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back on the original payment method.  Processing can take up to 7-10 days.

    If you need to return a product ordered from Outdoor Patio Place, please ensure that it is packed carefully in the original box and related material, with all accessories included. The product must also be complete and undamaged in order to qualify for a full refund; if not, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on Outdoor Patio Place and the manufacturer's discretion. To make sure that your product return is accepted, follow these instructions precisely.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

Beyond that, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases can never be returned for safety precautions.     Defective Products

    We stand by the products quality represented in our store.  All of our products have a guaranteed quality policy, meaning that you will get the product that you paid for 100% fully functional and in tact.  Please contact us as soon as possible, but within 14 days if your ordered product(s) are defective in any way upon arrival.  Our team will solve the issue immediately.

    REFUNDS

    At Outdoor Patio Place, we make the return process hassle free. After you've sent your return to us, we'll inspect it and contact you with the results. If we approve your return for a refund, the original payment method will be credited within 7-10 business days. However, due to varying processing times between different banks and cards, it may take some extra time for that credit to show up. After completing the order, we will provide estimated shipping times that are given to us by suppliers and freight companies. However, due to circumstances such as supply chain problems, delays in manufacturers' factories or warehouses, these shipping times may vary without prior notice. Fortunately, we have tracking information available so you can obtain up-to-the-minute updates on the status of your delivery.  If you somehow do not receive tracking information on your order, contact sales@outdoorpatioplace.com and we will make sure to get it to you.
